3.1.4 Main Menu shortcuts
There are some options that are not prompted which can save you valuable time when retrieving to your messages:
Press Action Result
    Message sort Allows you to prioritise your messages. The service plays you all the name announcements of the people who have sent you new messages. When the service tells you how many new messages you have, press    . When you reach the name announcement of the message to which you want to listen, press  . The service plays you the message. Once you have kept or deleted the message, you are automatically returned to the Message Sort menu.
  Skip name, date, time Press   when you hear first messageornext messageThis skips the name of the sender and the date and time the message was received, and takes you straight to the actual message.

3.1.5 Tollsaver
Tollsaver is a great time saving feature, which is particularly useful if you are just checking your mailbox for new messages.
Whenever you access your mailbox, if you have any new messages in it the Terqw service answers straight away. If you have no new messages, the service allows the telephone to ring four or five times, enabling you to hang up without wasting your valuable time or incurring call charges if accessing your mailbox remotely.
3.2 Voicemail
3.2.1 Receiving voicemail
After your Terqw mailbox has told you how many new messages you have, press   to listen to your voice and fax messages. The service plays your messages in this order:
1. New urgent
2. New
3. Played
Before each message, you hear the sender’s name announcement or, if it has not been sent from another Terqw mailbox, message received from a non-subscriber, and the date and time the message arrived in your mailbox.
After you have finished listening to a message, the service asks you to choose what you want to do with that particular message, before you move on to the next one.
3.2.2 Listening to voicemail
To access the Listen Menu, dial your mailbox as normal and from the Main Menu press   for voice fax messages.
 
 
Once you have listened to a message, the options available are listed below:
Press Action Result
  Repeat  Message repeated from the beginning of the name announcement.
  Answer or reply You hear:At the tone record your message. To end – press 9Once you have recorded your reply, the service gives you the following options:To edit (review or re-record) – press 1To send - press 2To delete – press 3For message options - press 4Once you have either sent or deleted your reply, you are returned to the original message and the Listen Menu options.
  Delete You hear:Message deletedand the service moves onto the next message or returns to the Main Menu if there are no more messages.
  Copy You hear:Enter the message destination then press hashYou then enter a mailbox or group number, or use the mini-group feature to send it to more than one person or group (See Send Menu shortcuts for details of Mini-groups).Once you have entered your destination(s) you hear:To add your comments – press 1To send - press 2If you press  You hear: At the tone, record your message. To end press – 9Record your comments.
