Deleting a group
From the Group Set-up menu, press .
You hear:
Enter the number of the group to be deleted then press hash.
The service then gives you the following options:
Press
Action
Result
Keep
The service says Group number
| Cheapest Pet Insurance |
has been kept.
Delete
The service says Group number…deleted.
Please note you cannot press
to exit at this point, if you press
the service will tell you the key is not valid and return you to the above two options.
Once you have pressed
to keep or
to delete, you are returned to the Main Menu of your mailbox.
Naming or re-naming a group
If you select
to name or re-name a group,
from the Group Set-up Menu you hear:
Enter the number of the group that you want to name, then press hash.
Once you have entered the group number, followed by the hash key the service plays the previous name of the group and then gives you the following options:
Press Action Result
Record If you want to re-record the name.
Keep If you are satisfied with the name.
Delete If you do not want the group to have a name and simply be called the default ‘Group number …’.
Exit
If you wish to return to the Main Menu.
Once you have made your selection you are returned to the Main Menu of your mailbox.
1.1.1 Personal settings
To access the Personal Settings Menu, dial your mailbox as normal and from the Main Menu, press for User Options and then for Personal Settings.
